What we collect and why

When you send a request through the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide: name, company, e-mail address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your request, prepare an offer and keep in touch about it. The legal basis is your consent given by ticking the box in the form, and, once we start working together, the performance of a contract.

No cookies, no analytics

The site does not use cookies, tracking scripts or analytics services. Nothing is stored in your browser except the usual technical data needed to show the page.

Where the data goes

Messages are delivered to our mailbox at a hosting provider in the European Union and are read by the people at ALTADO who handle requests. We do not sell or pass the data to third parties, except to providers that keep our e-mail and server running, under contracts that bind them to the same rules.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to three years, so that we can answer follow-up questions. Data connected to a contract is kept for the period required by Slovenian law.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@altado.si. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
